📍 Location: Sarrià-Bonanova, Barcelona.
👫 Household members: 5 (2 adults and 3 children aged 20, 14, and 13). The eldest daughter does not reside in the home regularly.
🐕 Pets: 1 German Shepherd and 1 French Bulldog.
🕒 Days and hours: Monday to Friday + 2 weekends per month. (At least one of the two must work on a live-in basis*; the second may be live-in or live-out).
📅 Start date: September, with some flexibility.
💼 Duties: Complete management of a family home of approximately 600 m², with both team members sharing all necessary functions for its proper operation: cleaning, organization, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping, and management of household supplies. Order and autonomy are especially important. They are expected to anticipate household needs, identify what is lacking, and organize work without requiring constant instructions. Cooking is a key function, especially preparing family dinners: they must be able to plan complete, varied, and balanced menus, including first and second courses. They will also need to walk the two dogs daily. For deeper cleaning or specific tasks, such as windows, the family may hire external support. They occasionally host foreign guests for short periods, typically one or two days.
✅ Requirements: Demonstrable experience working in private homes and excellent references. Different combinations of two people accustomed to working together are accepted, such as couples, mother and daughter, mother and son, or other stable teams. It is essential that at least one of the two has a highly autonomous and organized profile, with the ability to act as household manager, plan meals, manage shopping, and keep the home in perfect order. Excellent cooking skills and ability to accept feedback and comments from the family are essential. They must be comfortable with dogs and responsible for their daily walks. A valid driver's license is desirable but not essential. Discreet, responsible, resourceful, trustworthy individuals with verifiable references. A valid work permit is essential.
💰 Salary: €1,750 gross monthly x 12 payments + Social Security per person for the live-in arrangement. If one person works as live-out, conditions will be adjusted according to the arrangement and duration of the working day.
