🕒 Days and hours: Flexible schedule of up to 40 hours per week, adapted to family needs. Mainly afternoons during the week, some Saturday mornings, and availability during certain school holiday periods. Some weeks or holiday periods may have reduced workload while others require greater availability, without exceeding agreed hours. Possibility of accompanying the family on trips.
📅 Start date: September / October. The family currently has a nanny, so there is no urgency and they want to find a profile that fits very well long-term
💼 Duties: Childcare and supervision of both children, organization of their routines, pickups, extracurricular activities and transportation around Madrid. Management of logistics related to the children and autonomous resolution of situations that may arise in their daily routine. Occasional support with cooking, small shopping and errands related to the children. Availability to accompany the family during certain trips and holidays when necessary.
✅ Requirements: Solid and demonstrable experience as a nanny with children of similar ages and excellent references. We are looking for a professional, autonomous, resourceful, organized, responsible and stable person, with the ability to move around Madrid and manage the children's daily routine with independence and judgment. Good level of English highly valued, although not essential. Driving license will be a plus. It is essential to have flexibility and understand that work distribution may vary according to the family calendar
💰 Salary: Around €2,000 gross per month in 12 bonus payments, depending on experience and profile, with formal employment contract.
