Duties

• Management, care and general maintenance of a holiday residence that remains without the family for a large part of the year.
• When the owners are at the home, both must provide a high level of service and be accustomed to attending properly to the family and their guests.
• One member of the couple must have a particularly good level of cooking and experience preparing meals for large groups, being able to organize menus and work autonomously when there are guests.
• They must also take care of cleaning, tidiness, laundry, ironing, room preparation, impeccable bed making, table service and other tasks necessary to keep the property always ready.
• He must have experience in exterior, garden and pool maintenance, as well as practical knowledge to carry out small repairs and handyman tasks.
• He must also assist inside the home when necessary.
• Both will work as a team and must be able to keep the property perfectly maintained even during periods when the family is not there.

Requirements

• We are looking for a couple with proven experience working together as live-in staff in high-level private homes.
• It is especially important that the lady has a very good level of cooking and experience cooking for large families, guests and groups of people.
• Real experience in domestic service, detailed cleaning, clothes care, ironing, room preparation, bed making, and protocol and table service is required.
• He must have experience in gardening, pool care, general maintenance and small repairs, in addition to willingness to assist with indoor tasks.
• It will be valued if at least one of the two holds a driving licence, although it is not necessary for both to drive.
• We are looking for a stable, professional, discreet, organized, autonomous, resourceful couple accustomed to providing a high level of service.
• Excellent references and valid documentation to work legally are essential.
