🕒 Days and hours: Live-in regime Monday to Saturday. (Saturday finishing at 1:00 PM.) The employee may stay at the house during her days off if she prefers. Occasionally, weekend work may be required, which will be paid separately.
📅 Start date: As soon as possible.
💼 Duties: The position has two clearly differentiated parts. While the child is at nursery, household duties: cleaning and maintenance of a 200 m² house, including common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms, floors, dusting and surfaces, plus deeper cleaning that needs to be done each week. Laundry and clothing care are also important: washing, drying, ironing and putting clothes away, along with changing bed linens. This also includes general organization and tidiness of the home and basic family meal preparation. The other part of the position, and the family's priority, is the 2-year-old child: dropping off and picking up from nursery, spending time with him during afternoons and accompanying him in his routines, meals, play and daily needs, actively supporting his development.
✅ Requirements: Solid experience with young children of similar ages. The family is especially looking for someone very nurturing, caring, patient, playful and active, who truly enjoys spending time with the child, proposing games and activities and supporting him through different stages of his development. At the same time, real experience managing a large household autonomously, with high cleaning standards—both daily and deep cleaning—, proficiency with laundry and ironing, organization and basic cooking, being able to identify and carry out necessary tasks without constantly needing instructions. We are looking for a stable, responsible, resourceful person of absolute trust and with genuine intention to integrate into the family dynamic and stay long-term. It is especially important to know how to work as a team with the parents and help facilitate the day-to-day life of the entire family. Valid work permit is essential.
💰 Salary: From €1,500 gross per month in 12 payments, depending on experience and skills.
