💼 Duties: Childcare for the three children is the main part of the position: accompanying them in their daily routines, baths, dinners, school preparation, play and other needs appropriate to their ages. Along with this, you will play an active role in the organization and daily running of the house: family cooking, cleaning, tidying and general household maintenance. Special importance will be given to the preparation and organization of breakfasts, snacks and dinners, as well as planning and anticipating the family's needs. We are looking for a person with initiative and autonomy, capable of observing what is needed at each moment and anticipating the needs of the house and children; not someone who needs constant instructions on what to do or how to do it, but someone organized and resourceful, accustomed to running a household with their own judgment. The work is carried out as a team with the other domestic worker already working in the home, dividing tasks and coordinating on a day-to-day basis, so it is important that you are a collaborative person, flexible and with ease working in a team.
✅ Requirements: Experience in childcare for small children, especially with multiple children at once, with the ease, energy and organizational capacity required to care for three children aged 6, 4 and 2. Experience in domestic service: family cooking, cleaning, tidying and household organization. English language skills. Driving license is something valued positively but not necessary. Ability to work with autonomy, initiative and practical sense. Organized person, foresightful and attentive to details, who knows how to anticipate the needs of the house and family. Good disposition for teamwork with another domestic worker, always maintaining a respectful and cordial manner. Responsible, affectionate, stable person with intention to remain in the position long-term. Valid documentation to work in Spain.
💰 Salary: €1,800 gross per month in 12 payments.
