Salary

Equivalent to €1,900 net per month in 12 payments. *Employment contract and work visa in Dubai, not Spain.* International health insurance is also provided. Accommodation and meals included. Travel and international stays with the family covered.

Days and hours

Live-in, with 1 full day off per week, usually on weekdays and planned according to the family's schedule. Availability and flexibility to travel and spend periods outside Spain with the family are essential.

Duties

• Care and attention for the two children aged 3 and 8, accompanying them in their routines, games, activities and development.
• We are looking for an active, affectionate, patient person with a real gift for children, able to follow their pace, enjoy spending time with them and support their education following the guidelines set by the parents.
• Experience or knowledge in respectful accompaniment, emotional education or children with high abilities and high sensitivity will be especially valued.
• The position also includes managing household tasks: cleaning, tidying and organizing the home, laundry, ironing and family cooking.
• The candidate must be able to run the household with autonomy, initiative and foresight, combining childcare with the smooth running of the home.

Requirements

• Proven experience in domestic service in private homes and extensive experience with children.
• It is especially important that the person has a genuine vocation for childcare: active, patient, affectionate, positive and able to support the children properly in their education and development.
• She must perform very well in cleaning, ironing, organization and family cooking, have autonomy and initiative and, at the same time, know how to work as a team with the parents and follow their guidelines.
• We need a positive, flexible, resourceful, discreet person who is easy to get along with and of absolute trust, with real availability to travel internationally and spend periods in Dubai.
• Spanish is essential.
• English will be positively valued but is not required.
• The family is looking for a stable person who wants to stay with them for many years, become part of their dynamic, work as a team and become a person of the utmost trust.
• It is equally important for the family that the candidate feels comfortable, respected and valued in the home and that a stable and lasting relationship can be built.
• Good verifiable references are essential.
