Salary

Between €1,500 and €1,600 per month in 12 payments, depending on experience and skills, + Social Security. Weekends or additional days at the estate will be paid separately.

Days and hours

Monday to Saturday, with departure on Saturday after lunch. Flexibility is required to adapt to the family's routine.

Duties

• The selected person will be in charge of the general running of the house: cleaning, tidying, organizing, laundry, ironing, family cooking, care of bedrooms and other usual household duties.
• The family also has another housekeeper who comes three times a week and who has worked with them for many years.
• During the first few weeks, she will be the one to help teach the way they like the house organized, certain tasks carried out and their routines maintained.
• From then on, they are looking for a person with sufficient autonomy to manage the day-to-day running of the home, identify what is needed, keep everything clean and organized, and take care of the house's usual needs without depending on constant instructions.
• The family also owns a country estate, which they visit occasionally on some weekends or specific days.
• On those occasions, it may be necessary for the selected person to accompany them, and those additional days will be paid separately.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a housekeeper in private homes, with verifiable good references.
• They are looking for a highly trustworthy, honest, positive, smiling, discreet, organized person with a good attitude, who works autonomously and has a genuine sense of responsibility.
• It is important that they integrate well into the family's routine and have sufficient initiative to manage their own responsibilities independently.
• The family is used to maintaining long-standing working relationships with the people who work in their home, so they particularly value stability, commitment and a genuine interest in a long-term position.
• They are looking for someone who can adapt naturally to their family lifestyle and has the flexibility to accompany them when necessary.
• Each summer the family travels for approximately 15 days, and it is essential that the selected person accompanies them.
• Holidays will be arranged according to the family's holidays, always discussed in advance and seeking a flexible agreement between both parties.
• The person must feel comfortable living alongside and helping with three dogs.
• Spanish speaking is essential.
• Verifiable good references and a valid work permit.
