Live-in arrangement from Monday to Saturday (finishing Saturday at midday).

Duties

• The selected person will be responsible for the general running of the household: cleaning, tidiness and organization of the home, laundry, good ironing, family cooking and other usual household chores.
• The person will also have an important responsibility in caring for the 11-month-old baby, attending to their routines, meals, hygiene, rest, play, stimulation and daily needs.
• We are looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day running of the house with autonomy, organize their tasks properly, identify what is needed and help keep everything running in an orderly and smooth way without needing constant instructions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a live-in or housekeeper in private homes and solid experience caring for babies, especially of similar ages.
• It is essential that the person is affectionate, patient, very responsible and attentive with the baby, able to interpret their needs and confidently handle their daily routines.
• The family is looking for a person of absolute trust, positive, stable, organized, discreet, hardworking and proactive, able to work with a high degree of autonomy with both the baby and the house.
• They must be able to anticipate the family's needs, have good judgement and convey calm to the parents.
• It is important that they integrate naturally into the family dynamic and are interested in a stable, long-term working relationship.
• They must be a good cook, have good ironing skills and handle all usual household tasks with confidence.
• Speaking Spanish is essential.
• Verifiable good references and a valid work permit.
