👤 Job type: Live-in — childcare for a newborn and a 2-year-old child, with household support.
📍 Location: La Bonanova (Barcelona).
👫 Household members: A couple and two children, a newborn baby and a 2-year-old child.
🐕 Pets: None.
🕒 Days and hours: Live-in position, Monday to Friday, split shift with a midday break. As a reference, 7:30 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 20:30. Saturdays would be 7:30 to 13:00.
📅 Start date: From mid-October onwards.
💼 Duties: Childcare for both children is the core of the position. In the morning, prepare breakfast for the older child, help him get ready and take him to school. During the day, while the older child is at school, the priority is the baby: feeding, nappy changes, naps and general care. In the afternoon and until bedtime, accompany both children with their routines. In addition, light cleaning and maintaining household order, and ironing.
✅ Requirements: Experience with newborns and small children is essential. We are looking for a caring, responsible and organised person, with calm and patience to care for a baby and a 2-year-old, and ability to manage the day-to-day running of the household without supervision. Availability to work at least one weekend day. English or Spanish speaker. Valid work permit is essential.
💰 Salary: From €1,500/month depending on experience and skills.
