📍 Location: Primary residence on Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona, with stays in Andorra during winter and in Ibiza during summer

🕒 Days and hours: Live-in regime, usually Monday to Saturday at midday. The two employees will coordinate to alternate certain weekends when one of them needs to remain with the employers. When the owners are not in Barcelona, these shifts will normally not be necessary. Any additional work during the weekend will be paid separately
📅 Start date: As soon as possible
💼 Duties: Management and maintenance of the household together with the other employee, including detailed cleaning, organization and tidiness, laundry and garment care, ironing and basic, healthy daily cooking. The selected person must be willing to learn and improve cooking skills by working alongside the other employee, who has excellent expertise and will be able to teach her. General household attention and dog walks. When appropriate, she will accompany the couple during some of their stays in Andorra or Ibiza, while the other employee remains in Barcelona. In Ibiza she will also work in coordination with the property's caretaker couple
✅ Requirements: Previous experience as a live-in domestic worker and ability to work as part of a team. Spanish language is essential and availability to travel and spend occasional periods in Andorra and Ibiza is required. We are especially looking for an honest, discreet, responsible person of absolute trust, with the intention of finding a stable position and remaining long-term. For the family, excellent and open communication is fundamental: whenever there is a problem, doubt or unexpected issue, the candidate must communicate it naturally so it can be resolved together. She must take initiative, anticipate the household's needs and actively contribute to facilitating daily life. Basic and healthy cooking is required, but above all a good disposition and capacity to learn. Knowledge of protocol and service will be valued, although not essential if there is interest in learning. English is valued positively, but not necessary. Valid work permit and good references are essential
💰 Salary: Between €1,500 and €1,700 gross per month over 12 payments, according to experience and skills, plus bonuses when applicable for additional work during weekends.
