💼 Duties: General maintenance of exterior areas of the property: garden care, painting assistance, window and glass cleaning, basic pool maintenance and other outdoor areas. Supervision of the general condition of exterior installations, ensuring order, cleanliness and proper functioning. Support with minor repairs and practical day-to-day maintenance tasks.
✅ Requirements: Previous experience in home maintenance and gardening: experience in pruning, maintaining gardens, knowing when pruning should be done, which trees and shrubs can be touched and which cannot, spraying, trimming, garden maintenance or similar functions, with verifiable references. Resourceful, practical person with initiative, capable of working autonomously. Good handling of basic tools and general maintenance knowledge. Responsible, committed and trustworthy profile. Valid work permit.
💰 Salary: €1,500 in 12 monthly payments
