💼 Duties: General maintenance of outdoor areas of the property: garden care, assistance with painting, window and glass cleaning, basic pool maintenance and upkeep of other outdoor areas. Supervision of the general condition of outdoor facilities, ensuring order, cleanliness and proper functioning. Support with minor repairs and practical day-to-day maintenance tasks.
✅ Requirements: Previous experience in home maintenance, gardening: experience in pruning, maintaining the garden, knowing when pruning should be carried out, which trees and shrubs can be touched and which cannot, spraying, trimming, garden maintenance or similar functions, with verifiable references. Resourceful, practical person with initiative, capable of working autonomously. Good handling of basic tools and general knowledge of maintenance. Responsible, committed and trustworthy profile. Valid work permit.
💰 Salary: €1,500 gross in 12 monthly payments
