👤 Job type: Live-out or live-in, to be agreed with the candidate — cleaning and ironing
📍 Location: Sierramar Urbanization, Picassent, Valencia
👫 Household members: Four. Two adults, a son aged 19 who studies away and visits occasionally, and a daughter aged 14.
🐕 Pets: Two female dogs, one small and one large. One of them needs to be walked for half an hour early in the morning.
🕒 Days and hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 17:00.
📅 Start date: As soon as the right person is found.
💼 Duties: Cleaning and maintenance of the house, including terraces and outdoor areas, along with ironing the household laundry and occasionally cooking. Will also handle some external errands: shopping when needed, dry cleaning and similar tasks. And supervising at home the visits of professionals coming to carry out repairs — painter, plumber and others — being present while they work. Every morning, early on, walk one of the dogs for half an hour. Occasionally, take care of both dogs when the family travels.
✅ Requirements: Experience in domestic service, with proficiency in cleaning a large house and ironing. Basic cooking skills. Driving license and own vehicle essential, as the house is in an urbanization and the position includes running errands. Essential that you like dogs and are comfortable with them, including daily walks and caring for them when the family is away. Autonomous and trustworthy person, capable of organizing the house and supervising alone the professionals coming to carry out repairs. Flexibility, which the family considers essential. Documentation in order to work in Spain.
💰 Salary: From 1,221 Euros/month gross in 14 bonus payments, potentially higher depending on experience, skills and availability to work as live-in.
