👤 Job type: Part-time live-out housekeeper
📍 Location: El Encinar, Madrid. The position is shared between two neighbouring homes whose families are friends
👫 Household members: Two families. One of the homes has 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 9
🐕 Pets: One of the homes has 1 large dog
🕒 Days and hours: Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, always in the morning. The schedule can be approximately 9:00 to 14:00 or 10:00 to 15:00, with some flexibility. The candidate will work 2 days per week in one home and 3 days per week in the other, performing the same type of duties in both. 25 hours per week in total
📅 Start date: As soon as possible
💼 Duties: General cleaning and maintenance of both homes, organisation and tidiness, laundry, care of clothing and ironing. Occasionally cooking, particularly for the children, and occasional support with childcare when necessary. The candidate will be responsible for keeping both households clean, organised and well-maintained on her assigned days
✅ Requirements: Demonstrable experience working in private homes, with strong cleaning, organisation, laundry and ironing skills. Previous experience with children is important. The families are particularly looking for someone highly reliable, responsible, hardworking, proactive and capable of taking initiative, identifying what needs to be done and organising her work independently. The candidate must feel comfortable working in a home with a large dog. English for communication. Excellent references and valid documentation to work in Spain are essential
💰 Salary: €900 gross per month in 12 payments.
