Start date

As soon as possible. Although the family wants to find the right person, the start can be immediate.

Salary

From 1,500 € per month in 12 payments + Social Security, with the possibility of improved conditions depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and profile.

Days and hours

Monday to Friday, from 13:00 to 20:00 h, and Saturdays from 13:00 to 18:00 h. Total of 40 hours per week. Availability to work the five Saturday afternoon hours is essential.

Duties

• The selected person will take charge of the household chores of the home with autonomy: general and deep cleaning, tidiness and organization of the house, laundry and clothing care, washing, very good ironing, and preparation of home-cooked meals.
• Cooking is a regular part of the role, so it is important that the candidate knows how to prepare simple and varied family meals.
• Experience preparing Chinese food will be especially valued.
• The family is looking for a person who can take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the house, keep everything clean and organized, anticipate usual needs, and make family life easier in a practical and autonomous way.

Requirements

• Proven previous experience working in private homes, with a good standard of cleaning, laundry, ironing, organization, and home cooking.
• It is important that the candidate already lives in Mallorca, can commute daily to Marratxí, and is interested in a stable, long-term position.
• We are looking for a person who is responsible, honest, hardworking, discreet, positive, and trustworthy, with initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
• Being able to communicate in English will be very positively valued, and experience preparing Chinese or Filipino dishes especially so. The candidate must feel comfortable working in a home with a teenager and a small dog.
• Availability to work Saturdays from 13:00 to 18:00 h is essential, as is a current legal authorization to work in Spain and verifiable good references.
