Salary

1,450 euros/month in 12 payments + Social Security. At some point the candidate could be offered babysitting in the late afternoon or evening, on weekends, or even travelling with the family on holidays, which, if the candidate is interested, would be paid separately as an "extra" at a value agreed with the family.

Days and hours

Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with flexibility according to the family's usual needs. During the day the candidate will have the necessary rest to meet the 40 weekly hours required by law.

Duties

• The selected person will have a combined role of childcare and home management, so they must feel equally comfortable caring for the children and taking care of domestic tasks.
• Regarding the children, special importance will be given to caring for the newborn, helping with their routines, feeding, diaper changes, hygiene, sleep, walks and appropriate stimulation for their age.
• They will also support the 3-year-old when necessary, accompanying them in their routines, meals, play and daily organization.
• On the domestic side, they will be in charge of general and thorough cleaning of the home, order and organization, laundry, ironing, clothing care, shopping and other tasks necessary for the smooth running of the house.
• The family is looking for a person able to organize their day well and understand the priorities of each moment, especially during the baby's first months, naturally combining childcare with household responsibilities.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in private homes and caring for young children.
• Experience with newborns and babies will be especially valued, as well as a very good level of cleaning, organization and ironing.
• They are looking for a person who is affectionate, responsible, positive, organized, discreet, proactive and fully trustworthy, with initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
• It is important that they have a genuine affinity with children and know how to integrate naturally into the family dynamic, helping make daily life at home easier and more organized.
• Speaking Spanish is essential.
• Speaking English will be positively valued, although it is not an essential requirement.
• Verifiable good references and a valid work permit.
