Salary

€800 per month in 12 payments for 20 hours per week + Social Security. Additional hours or services performed outside the usual schedule will be paid separately.

Days and hours

Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 20:00 h. Working day of 20 hours per week. Some flexibility is required to work extra hours on certain Fridays, extending the working day until approximately midnight. There is also the possibility, if it suits the candidate better, of not working Wednesday afternoons and compensating those hours with a longer working day on Friday, finishing later that day.

Duties

• The selected person will be responsible for the care and general upkeep of the house: general and deep cleaning, order and organization, laundry and family cooking.
• Ironing is not required.
• Knowing how to cook is important for the position, so we are looking for someone who performs well preparing home-cooked meals and can take on this part independently.
• The family is looking for a skilled professional who can run the house with good judgment, keeping it clean, tidy and well organized.
• At the same time, they place great value on finding someone friendly, positive, good-humored and who fits well into the family dynamic.
• They have previously had employees who worked with them for many years and ultimately became practically part of the family.
• For this reason, they especially value stability, trust, good coexistence and a collaborative attitude over the long term.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in private households and a good standard of cleaning, organization and cooking.
• We are looking for someone responsible, hardworking, positive, cheerful, discreet, trustworthy and proactive, who is able to work independently and, at the same time, integrate naturally into the family.
• The candidate may speak Spanish or English.
• Both profiles will be considered.
• English-speaking ability will be especially valued, as the children are starting at a bilingual school and the family would like them to be able to practice the language at home, although it is not an essential requirement.
• Verifiable good references and a valid work permit.
