Days and hours

Monday to Thursday afternoons. On days when it is necessary to pick up the girl from school, the schedule will be approximately 17:00 to 21:00 h. On days when the father is available to care for the girl, there is the possibility of starting earlier, approximately between 15:00 and 16:00 h, to progress more calmly with household chores. Availability and ability to adapt to family dynamics are required, especially during weeks when the father travels for work.

Duties

• Versatile position combining household chores management with childcare for a 4-year-old girl.
• On days when the father is available, the main responsibility will be caring for the house, including cleaning, tidying and organizing, laundry, garment care, shopping and meal preparation.
• During weeks or days when the father is traveling, the priority will be the girl: picking her up from school, preparing her afternoon snack, taking her to the park or doing activities with her, preparing her dinner, bathing her and attending to all her needs until the mother returns from work, approximately between 20:30 and 21:00 h.
• On those days, she will carry out household chores that are compatible with childcare, always prioritizing the girl's attention and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in domestic service in private households and experience caring for children of similar ages.
• Must know how to clean, organize a home, do shopping and prepare family meals.
• Valid driving license and safe driving skills are essential, as she will need to pick up the girl when necessary.
• Owning a car is not required.
• The family seeks an especially responsible, caring, patient and attentive person with the girl, but also hardworking, organized, resourceful, proactive and completely trustworthy.
• Must have autonomy to manage both household needs and the girl's routines and know how to prioritize correctly when alone in charge.
• The family is looking for a stable, committed and reliable person who can become real support for them and stay long-term.
• Must speak Spanish correctly.
• Good references and valid work permit required.
