Salary

Approximately €2,300 gross per month in 14 payments (12 monthly salaries + 2 bonus payments) + Social Security.

Days and hours

Monday to Friday, daytime shift from 8am to 4pm. Some schedule flexibility is required depending on any dinner or event.

Duties

• The selected person will be mainly dedicated to the family's daily cooking, preparing varied, healthy and high-quality menus.
• They will be responsible for lunch and for leaving dinner prepared, organizing meals in a balanced way and paying special attention to the quality, presentation and variety of dishes.
• Initiative to propose menus, introduce new recipes and adapt the cooking to the family's tastes and needs will be valued.
• They will also be responsible for weekly meal planning, managing the pantry, preparing shopping lists, helping with supermarket shopping when necessary, and making sure the right products are always available.
• They will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and properly organized, as well as storing food appropriately and managing stock to avoid waste.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook in private households, preferably for families who value well-prepared, high-level cooking.
• We are looking for someone who cooks really well, with knowledge of Mediterranean, home-style, healthy and varied cuisine, and who is capable of independently organizing complete menus.
• Must be clean, tidy, responsible, punctual, discreet, resourceful and proactive.
• It is important that they can adapt to the family's tastes, take instructions well and, at the same time, have their own judgment to organize the kitchen and anticipate what may be needed.
• A stable, positive person with a good attitude and a genuine vocation for cooking and domestic service will be especially valued.
• Spanish speaking is essential.
• Good verifiable references and a valid work permit.
