👤 Position: Live-in couple.
📍 Location: Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, Ibiza (Balearic Islands) – large villa (10 bedrooms) within a gated community.
👫 Household: Owners are in residence during holiday periods only (approximately 12–16 weeks per year). The villa remains unoccupied for the remainder of the year. Children may visit occasionally during stays.
🐕 Pets: No pets.
🕒 Days and hours: Monday to Saturday, with flexibility according to the needs of the property.
📅 Start date: Sometime in the next few weeks.
💼 Duties: General cleaning and upkeep of the villa, laundry, ironing, cooking, care of outdoor areas, pool, gardening and general property maintenance. During unoccupied periods, continuous maintenance and the overall good condition of the villa are expected. Deep-cleaning and specialist maintenance services will be covered by external auxiliary staff on a monthly basis or as required.
✅ Requirements: Proven experience in the upkeep of large properties or high-end villas. At least one member of the couple must hold a valid driver's license for shopping and errands. Fluent Spanish and English are essential. Responsible, organised and discreet profile, with the ability to manage the property independently during the owners' absence. Valid work permit required.
💰 Salary: 2000-2500 each x 12 pays
