👫 Household members: Married couple owners, close to 80 years old. A very active couple who continue to work daily on the estate with full days. They receive visits related to wine production activities and family members at certain times of the year, especially during summer.
🐕 Pets: Two small dogs, two mastiffs, cats, horses, peacocks and chickens.
🕒 Days and hours: Live-in regime, with flexibility according to the needs of the estate.

💼 Duties: A couple is sought for the comprehensive management of an approximately 20-hectare estate of vineyards, olive groves and almond trees. She will be responsible for the cleaning and complete maintenance of the main residence (5 bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, patios and swimming pool), household organization and preparation of daily meals. He will be responsible for general maintenance of the property and agricultural work, including pruning, irrigation, vineyard and olive grove maintenance, minor repairs and other tasks typical of a rural estate. Both will participate in the daily care and feeding of the animals and will collaborate in the general tasks of the estate when necessary. The couple will have an independent house within the estate, with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, plus meals included.
✅ Requirements: An active, hardworking couple with initiative is sought, accustomed to daily physical effort and country life. Demonstrable experience in maintenance of rural estates or properties is essential. Verifiable references will be valued. A valid work permit is essential. A driving licence and own vehicle will be valued, as the estate is located in an area without nearby public transport. A couple is sought with a vocation for stability and long-term commitment.
💰 Salary: Competitive, according to experience, adjusted to included accommodation and meals, with a stable long-term contract.
