👤 Position: Live-in (childcare-focused role)
📍 Location: Fuentelarreina – Madrid
👫 Household: American/Spanish family with 2 children (Daniel, 2 years 3 months; Oscar, 10 months)
🐕 Pets: 1 large dog (Golden Doodle, hypoallergenic and very calm)
🕒 Days and hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 45–55 hours per week. General structure: household support until around 5:00 pm and primary childcare from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Three fixed evenings per week until 9:00–9:30 pm. Occasional evening babysitting required
📅 Start date: Mid-April 2026
💼 Duties: Childcare is the absolute priority. Full care of the infant and toddler, including routines, feeding, naps, developmental activities, supervision and emotional support. The children will attend daycare and later school (from September), so responsibilities will adjust accordingly. During school/daycare hours, general household support will be required (cleaning, laundry, basic organization and simple family cooking). Cooking is secondary to childcare. Occasional evening supervision so parents can go out. Long-term commitment required
✅ Requirements: Strong, proven experience with infants and toddlers in private households. Career nanny profile preferred. Emotionally stable, warm and structured personality. Fluent English required (Spanish valued). Comfortable with a large dog. Flexibility with schedule. Legal employment contract with Social Security registration
💰 Salary: €1,800 in 12 payments
