📍 Location: Estate in Talavera de la Reina (Toledo)
👫 Household members: Property with domestic staff. Two other people work on the estate.
🐕 Pets: Dogs, chickens and ducks.
🕒 Days and hours: Live-in regime, with Sundays off. There is the possibility of accumulating days off to enjoy longer holiday periods.
📅 Start date: From September onwards, with flexibility according to the candidate's availability.
💼 Duties: Responsibility for the comprehensive care and maintenance of the estate, ensuring that all facilities and outdoor areas are always in perfect condition. Functions include garden maintenance (grass cutting, watering, fertilizing, and general care of green areas), although larger pruning work will be carried out by external specialist staff. Must also handle pool maintenance, carry out minor repairs and general handyman work (painting, plumbing, basic electrical work and any incidents that may arise on the property), as well as supervise the overall proper functioning of the estate and resolve day-to-day maintenance needs. Additionally, will be responsible for feeding and daily care of the dogs, chickens and ducks. Accommodation for the candidate is located within the estate and a property vehicle will be provided for the performance of duties.
✅ Requirements: Demonstrable experience in estate and garden maintenance. Valid driving licence essential. A responsible, stable, hardworking, solution-oriented person with initiative and no substance abuse issues is sought. Experience in general maintenance and ability to resolve minor breakdowns independently will be valued. Valid work permit essential.
💰 Salary: €1,700 net per month.
