💼 Duties: Surveillance and supervision of the property (equipped with interior and perimeter alarm systems), general property maintenance, pool care, cleaning and maintenance of outdoor areas, and ensuring the property is always in perfect condition. Kitchen duties are not required
✅ Requirements: Responsible, autonomous and trustworthy person, with experience in property maintenance, gardens and pools. Ability to manage the estate independently and resolve minor maintenance issues. Valid work permit
💰 Salary: €1,500 gross monthly salary paid over 12 months.
