👤 Position: Live-out Housekeeper (Full-time)
📍 Location: Marbella – Málaga
👫 Household: Family living in a 5-bedroom villa (approx. 350 sqm, terraces and garden)

🕒 Days and hours: Monday to Saturday, approximately 40 hours per week. Main schedule Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Sunday off.

💼 Duties: Complete management and upkeep of a large private home with very high standards. Daily tasks include tidying and organizing the entire house, making beds, cleaning the kitchen and appliances, washing up, emptying bins, daily bathroom cleaning, vacuuming and mopping floors, and ensuring the house is secure. Cooking is an essential part of the role, with preparation of family dinners most days (ready around 5:30 pm). Additional responsibilities include grocery shopping, laundry and ironing, weekly and monthly deep cleaning, care of terraces and outdoor areas, receiving parcels, and light supervision of maintenance staff. The housekeeper will also prepare the home before and after family trips and look after the house when the family is away. No childcare is required, but the candidate must be comfortable around children.
✅ Requirements: Proven experience as a housekeeper or household manager in large private homes, ideally in major cities. Fluent English and Spanish are essential. Very high attention to detail, excellent hygiene standards, confident family cooking skills, discretion, initiative, and ability to work fully independently. Driving is not required.
💰 Salary: €3,000 per month (depending on experience)
