📍 Location: La Zagaleta residential development, Benahavís (Málaga), on the Ronda road. You must have your own vehicle: there is no public transport to the house.

🕒 Days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (25 hours per week), with some flexibility to adjust hours on days when tradespeople visit the house.
📅 Start date: As soon as a suitable person is found.
💼 Duties: General cleaning and daily house maintenance, laundry and ironing. Cooking is not required. The family visits the property frequently, but there will be weeks when they are absent: you will be responsible for keeping the house in perfect condition, clean and tidy at all times, whether the family is there or not. As it is a large house, part of the role involves attending to tradespeople and professionals who come to carry out work or maintenance tasks, supervising that they are executed correctly and ensuring that everything is left in perfect condition.
✅ Requirements: Own vehicle essential to access the residential development. Demonstrable experience in cleaning and ironing in private homes, preferably in well-finished properties with attention to detail. Previous experience required in taking responsibility for a home in the family's absence, with good judgment to attend to and supervise tradespeople and to report any incidents. We are looking for a responsible, discreet and trustworthy person, capable of organizing themselves and working completely independently. Valid work permit is essential.
💰 Salary: €1,200 gross per month in 12 payments, depending on experience. The family is looking for a stable person who will be happy and satisfied working there for a long time.
