🐕 Pets: A 27 kg Labrador, 11 years old with arthritis — a calm and docile dog, not hyperactive. Being comfortable with him is essential, and occasional help with his care forms part of the work.
🕒 Days and hours: Full-time. The work rhythm changes seasonally: winter months are more stable and quiet, with few guests, while summer is notably busier — and willingness to work some weekends during summer is required. There is a period between November and December when the house is empty, which is normally when holidays are taken.

💼 Duties: General housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, ironing, shopping and errands, and keeping the home organized, well-stocked and in good working order. The house is simple to maintain — recently renovated, uncluttered, and the couple is very tidy and organized. During summer, when the family has guests, support with shopping, serving meals and dinners, and clearing afterwards. The work also requires availability to stay in the house looking after the dog for occasional periods of three to five days.
✅ Requirements: Previous professional experience as a domestic worker is essential — this is not a first position. The family seeks someone with genuine practical knowledge about how a household functions: knowing how to change a dishwasher filter, clean the cooker hood filter, and generally maintain the house and its appliances in good working order. Previous experience as yacht crew seeking to work on land, or in a similar domestic service environment, is especially valued. An organized person, resourceful, discreet and completely trustworthy, capable of working independently and with good judgment. Confidence in supporting guests' meals and dinners during the summer season. Comfortable with a large calm dog and available to care for it occasionally. Driving licence and own vehicle are essential given the house location — fuel expenses are covered by the family. Spanish or English, or a comfortable mix of both "Spanglish", is fine. A valid work permit is required.
💰 Salary: €1,800 - €2,000 gross per month, paid in 12 monthly instalments. Fuel expenses included.
