💼 Duties: Full management and supervision of a high-standard private residence. Maintain the home in impeccable condition, ensuring daily organization and top-level housekeeping standards. Coordinate with existing household staff. Receive and supervise service providers and maintenance personnel. Assist in the organization of private events at the residence. Welcome guests and provide formal table service with proper protocol, including tray service and attentive hosting during lunches and dinners. The candidate must anticipate household needs, maintain structure and discretion, and operate with the highest level of professionalism. Overtime hours will be paid separately according to prior agreement.
✅ Requirements: Proven experience as a senior maid, house manager, or similar role in high-level private residences. Strong knowledge of formal service and etiquette protocol. Extremely organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and professionally presented. Ability to coordinate household staff and maintain high service standards. Verifiable references required.
