💼 Duties: Driving the family when necessary and general property maintenance management. Supervision and coordination of external companies responsible for garden and pool maintenance, with ability to learn their functions and perform basic maintenance tasks when needed. General home maintenance, carrying out small repairs and handyman work to ensure everything functions correctly. Care and maintenance of outdoor areas, keeping them always clean and in perfect condition. We are looking for a person who acts as responsible for the proper functioning of the property and who anticipates the family's needs.
✅ Requirements: Valid driver's license and extensive experience as a driver essential. We are looking for a very polite, discreet, responsible, resourceful person with initiative. It is important to have general maintenance skills (painting, small repairs, basic electrical and plumbing work) or ability to learn. Service-oriented profile, organized and with availability to adapt to the family's needs. Valid work permit essential.
💰 Salary: Negotiable, according to experience and profile. The family is open to considering candidates' salary expectations.
