💼 Tasks: Daily planning and preparation of high-level menus, with special expertise in Italian cuisine (traditional and contemporary). Product sourcing and selection, pantry control and supplier management, kitchen organization and maintenance of high hygiene and presentation standards. Preparation of family meals and catering for special occasions. Ability to adapt to dietary preferences and special events.
✅ Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a private chef or in high-level restaurant work. Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine (essential). Organization, autonomy, discretion and schedule flexibility. Good appearance, professionalism and verifiable references. Valid work permit.
