💼 Duties: Daily planning and preparation of high-level menus, with special expertise in Italian cuisine (traditional and contemporary). Product sourcing and selection, pantry management and supplier control, kitchen organization and maintenance of high hygiene and presentation standards. Preparation of family meals and catering for special occasions. Ability to adapt to dietary preferences and special events.
✅ Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a private chef or in high-level catering. Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine (essential). Organization, autonomy, discretion and schedule flexibility to work weekends occasionally (at least Saturdays). Good appearance, professionalism and verifiable references. Valid work permit.
💰 Salary: Above average pay, to be agreed according to profile and experience. Weekends and overtime paid separately.
