💼 Duties: Interior cleaning and maintenance of properties, basic garden and outdoor area care, general supervision of property condition, routine maintenance tasks, preparation and organization of properties as needed, basic coordination of arrivals, departures and occasional requests, and attention to detail in the presentation of each property.
✅ Requirements: Couple with availability to reside in the area. Driver's license. Previous experience in similar duties: cleaning, property maintenance, gardening, or care of private properties, estates, tourist accommodations, or family properties. Good appearance and professional manner. Responsible, discreet, organized profile with attention to detail. Conversational English level. Valid work permit.
💰 Salary: €1,800 gross monthly, 14 payments (12 monthly installments + 2 bonus payments). Accommodation included.
